Sangria is a traditional Spanish drink more popularly served during summers throughout the Spain. It has its origins from the warm Mediterranean region. But fruits like lemon, lime, peach and even pineapples can be used to replace it. Key is to slice the fruit into thin pieces, squeeze the juices into the pitcher and then put the pieces in it.
They will blend up with the wine to give it their natural juice flavor. If you want to give your drink a sweet taste, you can use sweetener like honey or sugar. You can also add hard drinks like vodka or gin in your drink as per your taste.
